Just finished in Kinsale Yacht Club where we served a fantastic three course dinner for the member’s.
They enjoyed a fabulous smoked salmon starter, followed by a choice of Herb and Mozzarella stuffed chicken or the very popular herb crusted cod.
The highlight of the evening though had to be HONEST HQ’s Head Chef Karen’s Chocolate Strawberry Dessert which had women tearing the kitchen apart looking for seconds.
As usual we pulled out all the stops with Executive Chef Andy personally delivering a beautiful red rose to every lady diner… the big romantic devil! We hope her remembered to bring some home to his wife!
